1. Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure a safe, reliable, and consistent experience for all hotels and guests, we require all users of the Linxells platform to adhere strictly to our acceptable use guidelines. You may not use the Service to:

• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or other interfaces to extract data without explicit API authorization.
• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or test the vulnerability of Linxells' digital key cryptography or access management.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working footprint of the Linxells infrastructure.

2. API Usage Rules

Developers and IT administrators interacting with the Linxells API must adhere to rate limits published in our official documentation. Excessive API calls that trigger rate limiting algorithms consistently may result in temporary suspension of API keys. All integrations must prioritize security and utilize modern token-based authentication.

3. Content Guidelines

Hotels are solely responsible for the content, branding assets, and communications delivered to their guests via the Linxells Web App interface. Linxells prohibits the hosting or distribution of content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or infringing on the intellectual property of others.

4. Security Vulnerability Reporting

We encourage responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. We prohibit the exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities for any reason. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Linxells, please contact our security team immediately before disclosing it publicly.

5. Policy Enforcement

Linxells reserves the right to investigate potential violations of these Program Policies. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension of access, or permanent termination of services without a refund. We also reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
